As in all development, context is crucial. At this level, challenges are often about developing a performance-oriented culture, reducing suboptimization, and getting well-functioning executive teams to cooperate more with each other instead of just working independently. This often means that there is an increased need for developing communication skills and the capacity to stage and direct strategic changes.
